It’s not about stopping training. And it’s not abo It’s not about stopping training.
And it’s not about pushing harder.

It’s about preparing intelligently.

So many women are told to “just stay active” or ”don’t do anything” 
But birth is not random movement.

It requires:
• breath control
• stability
• pressure management
• coordination

As a physio, this is what I focus on.

Not sweat.
Not exhaustion.
Not trends.

But control.

Because your body is not fragile.
It’s adapting.

Train for birth, train for postpartum— not for burn or calories. As I said- you are not fragile.

Save this and train with intention. 🤍

There’s a shift happening again. Being skinny is b There’s a shift happening again.
Being skinny is becoming a trend.

But skinny doesn’t mean healthy.
And it definitely doesn’t mean strong.

Your body is not here to be decoration.
It’s not something to just “look good”.

Your body is a tool.
A tool to live, to move, to carry, to lift, to run, to perform.

It’s there to support you through long days, through stress, through motherhood, through life.
To feel capable. Independent. Strong.

As women, our bodies are capable of so much more—
if we actually give them what they need.

Strength.
Fuel.
Recovery.
Consistency.

Trends will always change.
Skinny. Curvy. Toned. Whatever is next.

But what stays is what your body can do.

The confidence of feeling strong.
The ability to rely on your body.
The energy to live your life fully.

Don’t train to fit into a trend.
Train to build a body that carries you through life.

Because in the end—
performance will always outlast appearance.

niemand kann dich wirklich darauf vorbereiten.

Du hörst Geschichten, Tipps, Meinungen -
aber wie es sich wirklich anfühlt, verstehst du erst, wenn du selbst drin bist.

Es sind nicht nur die großen Veränderungen.
Es sind die kleinen Momente im Alltag, die plötzlich anders sind.

Dein Körper gehört auf einmal nicht mehr nur dir.
Schlaf fühlt sich anders an.
Dein Energielevel ist nicht mehr planbar.

Und gleichzeitig passiert etwas Unglaubliches.

Du merkst, wie stark dein Körper wirklich ist.
Wie viel er leisten kann, ohne dass du etwas kontrollieren kannst.

Und irgendwo dazwischen…
liegt dieses Gefühl von Dankbarkeit und Vermissen gleichzeitig.

Ich glaube, genau das beschreibt es am besten:
Du gewinnst eine neue Perspektive –
und lässt gleichzeitig ein Stück deines alten Ichs los.
13 years of doing the CrossFit Open… and this year 13 years of doing the CrossFit Open… and this year looked very different 😄

8 months pregnant and still showing up.
Not chasing scores, not pushing limits the same way –
but moving, adapting, and being part of it.

That made this Open even more special.

It reminded me why I started CrossFit in the first place.
Not just for performance, but for the community, the feeling, and the shared experience.

Doing this together, in a different season of life,
gave it a whole new meaning.

Thank you to our CrossFit Recklinghausen community 🤍
for the support, the energy, and for making this something I’ll never forget.

Pregnancy has been so beautiful and special, but a Pregnancy has been so beautiful and special, but also mentally challenging. 

A body that is changing in ways you can’t control. A body that feels and behaves differently than what you are used to. A body that sometimes feels unfamiliar.

And not to mention the hormones, the thoughts, the crazy dreams, and the anxiety about whether everything will ever go back to how it once was — and how long that might take.

Every day I am amazed by what the female body can do. Feeling my baby girl move in my womb and thinking there is actually a life growing in there… it’s incredible.

These kinds of thoughts are probably very normal. But we can choose the perspective from which we look at them. I’m not saying it’s easy.

What I do know is that this phase is temporary. And I’m deeply grateful for my body — for doing everything it can to grow a baby while also keeping me healthy and strong.

The thoughts in my head are something I have to take care of. Because in the end, they are only thoughts. 💭💖

Während der ganzen Schwangerschaft habe ich deutli Während der ganzen Schwangerschaft habe ich deutlich mehr Lust auf Joghurt mit Beeren und Müsli als normalerweise gehabt😄.

Da ich aber nicht jeden Tag Müsli mit viel Zucker essen möchte, war es mal wieder Zeit, mein eigenes Müsli zu machen.

Das Beste daran: Du kannst alles reinmachen, was dir einfällt – Haferflocken, Nüsse, Körner oder zuckerfreies Trockenobst.

Ich süße es leicht mit Agavendicksaft, gebe viel Zimt dazu (davon kann man nie genug haben 😁) und etwas Kokosöl, damit das Müsli schön knusprig wird.

Der einzige Trick ist die Zeit im Ofen: etwa 8–12 Minuten, je nach Menge.
Am besten öfter nachschauen – plötzlich kann es nämlich auch schnell verbrennen.

Im Airfryer habe ich es noch nicht ausprobiert, aber ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass es genauso gut funktionieren würde.

Training doesn’t have to stop during pregnancy. It Training doesn’t have to stop during pregnancy.
It just needs to adapt — for some more, for some less. Every pregnancy is different.

Yes, it’s slower. Yes, it’s less “intense”.

But training less or differently doesn’t make you less of an athlete.

And yes, sometimes I miss training the way I used to. Pushing hard, not having to think twice about every movement and wondering if something is good or not right now.

This is just a phase.
And the rest will come back.

The power of the right room — and the right people The power of the right room — and the right people.

Couple of intense, honest and inspiring days in Vilamoura, Portugal with the Tinker group… and I’m leaving with a full heart. ❤️‍🔥

Being surrounded by gym owners who think big, lead with responsibility, and are willing to speak openly about both wins and struggles does something to you. These are not just smart business owners — they are genuinely good humans. The kind of people who challenge you, support you and call you forward.

I’m deeply grateful.
For the conversations.
For the perspective.
For the reminder that growth is never finished.

I’ll be honest — I often feel a little small in this world. Like there is still so much I don’t know, so much I haven’t built yet. But this weekend we left something behind: negative labels about ourselves. No more “not enough, “not worthy”.” No more shrinking.

Just ownership. Vision. Standards.

I’m also incredibly happy that Rafael @rphlpnnng joined these days. Sharing this experience together — and adding a few vacation days on top — made it even more special. Business, growth, partnership, life. It all belongs together.

My business might look a little different in the coming months.
But the fire? It’s there. Stronger than ever.

Grateful. Energized. Ready.

Behind the humor of Bruce Lee, there are days that feel heavier than others.

Physically. Mentally. Emotionally.

Pregnancy has stretched me in ways I didn’t fully expect. Some days I feel strong and grounded. Other days I feel slow, uncomfortable, and far away from the version of me I used to know.

There are moments (everyday 😅) where I miss my old body. My old energy. The feeling of being in full control of my performance.

But then I remind myself:

This is a phase.
Not a forever.

Hard doesn’t mean wrong.
Uncomfortable doesn’t mean something is off.
It means my body is doing something extraordinary.

I don’t have to love every second of it to respect it.

Phases pass.
Growth stays.

And right now, even if I feel heavy or slower than I’m used to — I know my body is strong in a completely different way.

Pregnancy isn’t about performance.
It’s about trust and patience

Ich merke es in Gesprächen immer wieder.
Viele Frauen fragen mich:
Darf ich überhaupt noch trainieren?
Ist Krafttraining wirklich sicher?
Wie viel ist zu viel? 

Und ich verstehe diese Fragen gut - und ich hab mir die Frage öfters gestellt.
Training in der Schwangerschaft wird leider oft missverstanden.

Was ich für mich gelernt habe:
Training wird nicht weniger wichtig.
Es wird anders.
Es geht nicht mehr um PRs oder Ego.
Sondern um Anpassung.
Um Verbindung.
Um bewusstes Bewegen.
Intention jetzt- Intensität später.
